1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through froziabeauty.nl .

2. Offer & prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

3. Ordering & payment

You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Klarna , and more. An agreement is concluded after confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days . Estimated delivery time in the Netherlands/Belgium: 2–8 business days . Shipping partner and tracking information will be shared after shipment.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers within the EU have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions: Product must be undamaged, preferably in a clean (hygienic) condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

6. Warranty & Conformity

You are entitled to a proper product. Report a defect within a reasonable time. We will repair, replace, or refund you within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
