Returns Policy

14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After registering, you have another 14 days to return it.

Return Policy:

  • Product undamaged and clean; try hygiene products with care.

  • Please package securely and include order number.

Return costs: for the customer, unless there is an error or defect on our part.
Refund: within 14 days of receipt/proof of return, via the same payment method.
